Christian is one month old!!!!! I took some pics but haven't uploaded them yet so this is a lil one I got from my phone. He's the sweetest baby ever! We love him so much and couldnt feel more blessed that he chose our family to be apart of!!!

I really can't think of much cuz he's just so easy!!!! This month had been a crazy life change but cj has made it easy! He's the sweetest thing ever. Such a blessing to us. If you don believe that kids bring blessings, your crazy!!! Dave and I have noticed after both kids were born our lives were blessed, besides the obvious bundles of joy!!!! He's already so strong. He tries to stand like king did and Tries to rock back and forth during tummy time. We love you christian and cant wait to see you grow!!! We love u

Better late than never!!!!
This was my first Christmas away from my parents and I was nervous I was going to have a hard time, but honestly it was so fun to just stay home and spend it with my lil family of 4. I never thought anything could be more fun then waking up on Christmas morning believing Santa knew what I wanted and brought exactly that to my house. Well, I was wrong! I now know there is nothing better than being Santa and watching king believe and seeing his face on Christmas morning and all the presents for him and cj. I think we went a little overboard and he lost interest a little but we had so much fun. I loved every second of that day!!!

Birth story

Monday the 5th of december, my doctor to,d me he would induce me Thursday the 8th. So I tried to get as ready and prepared as possible. I pretty much just stressed myself out and drove my whole family crazy. So Thursday comes around and I wake up at 640to shower and head to the hospital. Our plans for king fell through last minute so Dave stayed home with king until my mom got in town to take over. Walking into the hospital all I could think about was remembering my experience with king and how overwhelming it was. I almost lost it right as I was walking in. I got in got the iv and things started rolling about 9 am. They gave me the epidural and started me at the same time so I never really had it rough!!! However, it did take the dang doc 3 times to stab me in my back to get it right. Judd, my doc came in at 1 to break my water and then said whoever u want to be here u better call them cuz you have 30 minutes... Crazy!!!! I called my mom and she booked it! In that time my epidural wore off and I was feeling contractions so strong I wanted to die!!!!!! 30 minutes later I recharged the epidural and Judd was back in the room and 5 minutes later Christian was here!!! It was like 4-5 pushes. This go around was so much more relaxing and I was able to enjoy the experience. Right as he was coming out the nurse told me to look Down and I saw him come out:) he hardly even cried. He was just so content. Absolutely perfect!!!! Weight in at 7.1 and 19 inches long. He didn't even cry during his bath. He's been just as sweet since he's been home. I loved the entire experience. He's wonderful. King loves him and keeps saying baby baby!!!!! And tries to say cj:) it's so cute!!!! We are so blessed and thankful Christian chose us:)... Enjoy the pics

A good friend of mine was sweet enough to take family/new born pics for us 6 days after Christian was born. Dave told her he would give her 30 minutes( for any of you who know Dave, 30 minutes is pretty good) Sarah, did a great job. She was super organized and ready for her 30 minute challenge. All in all, I'm inlove with my pictures and Dave and I didn't end in a fight;) I would call that a total success

So I went to my 37 week doctors appointment and it KINDA gave me something to look forward to. Well first, I was negative for the strep test, yay, the weight gain is slowing down... Thanks goodness. But my doctor told me that if I'm dilated next Monday( because he doesn't check until 38 weeks, because it could induce labor, which I'm totally ok with) we can talk about inducing me next week... Yay!!!!!! but if I'm not, well that sucks. So I'm getting a pedicure this week a massage and whatever else I need to do. Because at this point I don't need to go into labor I just need to be progressing. It's crazy to think this could all be over soon. I wish I knew how I was feeling at 37 weeks last time. Even though I blogged and wrote in my journal it's still hard for me to really understand the emotion. Today I'm feeling a little overwhelmed. I feel like my house is a mess and can never get it clean enough. Even though I'm anxious to not be pregnant I'm extremely scared to have a newborn again, along with my wild man Kingston. I'm stressing that I'll have some depression like last time.... That's not a good sign that I'm already stressed about that:). But I know I'll get through this and that this baby will totally be worth the stress. i think being induced will be crazy. Knowing when exactly this baby will be here and trying to sleep the night before...yah right! It will be a sad night for me. Excited of course but sad that it will be my last day with my first and only lil man Kingston. I hope he adjusts quickly. I love him so much... Words cant describe my love for him and the happiness me brings this family. He will be the best big brother. if I go into labor on my own with this one Like I did Kingston, I will have him this next Sunday. Woah!!! I hope my baby makes a weak sack and have strong legs like his brother... Pop that thing buddy!!! Anyways, a lot going on in the stroshine home and were all very excited/ scared for the unknown!!!! But mostly excited!

When Dave and I decided to get married and started talking about families, I told him I wanted 4 kids. He wanted 2 so we TOGETHeR agreed on 3. Well now mr stroshine is going back on his word... A little. He said he will give it two years to adjust to two babies and see how we are then, both money wise and energy wise.(Dave is a few years older than I) :) who knows what the future holds so since there is a chance this lil man is my last. It's hard to think about that because I have hope but if it is true I want to remember what I will miss about pregnancy and what I WON'T miss very much.

I'm sure I'm missing a few for both but as much as I have been complaining lately, I love this whole experience. I'm growing a real human in my belly!!!! A human that is all ours. He will look a little like me and a little of Dave. I feel honored that these two boys picked us to raise them and call them ours.
I'm now 36 weeks And officially have 28 days left, at the most! I hope these next few weeks come and go quickly, I'm ready to meet my lil christian.

So I'm officially 35 weeks and one, almost two days! I've felt like I'm 55 weeks pregnant this past week. Man the second pregnancy sure is harder. My energy level has dropped a ton and I am beyond uncomfortable. I have tried to enjoy these last few months and I think I've done pretty good but the last two weeks have not been fun. Besides my lil king getting sick and not sleeping, I also got sick and haven't been sleeping. I'm really tired!!! And it's only getting worse when baby boy comes. I am excited for the next couple weeks because I have things to look forward to, to distract me from this madness!!! Dave and I get to spend some time together and my whole family is coming here for thanksgiving!!!!! I can't wait for that! Also, mama Gott will be staying a few days after to help me get all ready for the new arrival. What are the chances baby will be ready to come the week my entire family will be here?!?!?! Slim to none but I would not complain. My brother never gets out here and I'm So excited for him to be here! Here's a belly picture. Sorry it's been so long. I only take them on my phone and I was having phone issues..... Anyways problem solved!

Halloween events and baby talk

I haven't posted about My lil handsome 18 month old, can you believe he's already 18 months, or my growing babe in way too Long so here it is.
The month of october was pretty fun for us. My dad came here for the weekend and Kingston was so excited. He loves my parents and I'm so thanksful for them. He bought king a Tim Tebow jersey and king STILL whenever he sees is wants to wear it. We went to the heehaw pumpkin patch and had so much fun. (pics below). The next week we went to Colorado to help grandma gg at her shop(she owns costume shops). My sister Manda let us invade their HUGE house! it was fun to spend time with her and the kiddies. King had so much fun playing with all of porters toys. The next week was Halloween and king was a tiger:) besides being the cutest costume ever, that was his first animal sound..... Rrrrrrrrr so it was only right :) he looked so cute. We started off by going to a trick or treating day event at pinnacle. He loved every second of it. Loved getting the candy and saying Rrrrrrrr to all the employees. That night we went to the mall because they always do trick or treating there since it always is so dang cold. It was so fun to watch king in action. He wouldnt let go of his basket and couldnt get enough candy. It was a very exciting time for both Dave and I. Before we called it a night we had to stop by the cousins house and get our pics with them!!!! They have grown so much since last years Halloween picture and there is even a new addition, mr E:). That pretty much sums up October for us. We did go to kings 18 month check up and his stats are

Now for the update on baby # 2. we are officially on the count down. A little over 5 weeks left. Starting next week I will be seeing the doctor every two weeks. Man am I ready to be done. It's so crazy how much earlier I am this uncomfortable. I hate it! I have done a much better job enjoying this pregnancy, until now. I also don't think it helps that I've been under the weather for the past couple weeks. Anyways, yesterday I pulled kings nb clothes out and washed and folded them right up. The bassinet( thank you heather) is up and ready to be in use and I'm almost officially ready for my lil man arrival! He's moves so much. I honesty think it's more then king. Scares me a little:) I'm so anxious to see how he's going to look. Is it going to be another mini Dave or is he going to look like the Gotts. I just can't wait! I just know he's going to be perfect!!!! I'm going to be better updating the next few weeks!!!!

I asked my very close friend Heidi and her family to model for me. It was perfect because she was in need of some family pictures and her lil babes Ryker just turned one. Its been about a month since I took these but i'm a slacker now a days and haven't gotten around to posting some. I was so nervous going into this session but after we got started and as I looked back and some of the shots, I was so excited to take them home and play around. Photography is so much fun, im enjoying every chance I can to play around. I know its a complete talent that not everyone has and im grateful for this new hobby. It is a challenge and if you know me at all I love me a little challenge:)

I have a couple more sessions coming up in the next couple weeks but if anyone would like me to practice on them, I WOULD LOVE IT!!!! just let me know asap...... i mean i am having a baby in... 11 weeks:) 9 if hes anything like my kingston.

Crib tent

Last Wednesday Kingston climbed out of his crib for the first time. It was a very overwhelming thing for me. I'm just about 27 weeks pregnant and planning on 2 babies in cribs for about 6 months.... But nothing ever seems to be so easy does it?! So anyways, we bought a crib tent hearing nothing but good things about them. I was sad that we had to take it to that level but I was NOT ready to fight Kingston every night in a toddler bed. We got the tent on Friday and that night wasn't so bad, however, every other night and nap from then on have been HELL. I can handle crying and a little fight but Kingston would not only cry but the second we would put him in it he would jump up as fast as he could and try and Block the zipper so we couldn't do it up. He would even scream like he was scared for his life, a completely different scream then we have EVER heard. So last night after an hour of convincing I put him in, planning on not zipping it up, thinking maybe this will be better. The second I put him in I walked fast to the door to shut it and leave and as I'm shutting it I look and he has superman jumped out of the crib head first. That is not normal!!! This crib tent is either haunted or my poor little man has so much anxiety about it it's making him crazy. I hate the thought that I have been torturing him for the last week and didn't even realize it. So today I woke up feeling calm( which is a first since this has happened) and knowing that it was time for a full blown BIG BOY BED!!!! Well we've done it. Tonight my Kingston is officially sleeping in his own bed. Were starting out with just a mattress because he's such a crazy sleeper we thought we would start as low to the ground as possible. We went out and bought him cars bedding,which he picked out and he is NOW sleeping in his bed. I cannot believe it!!! I know the night probably isn't over but I think king will do better this way. And his bed is big enough so I can lay with him too:)
I have 13 weeks to get this under control before the new babes will be here and I will be successful!
This is such a bittersweet feeling for me. No more crib. My 16 month old is no longer a baby... I know I've said that before but NOW I'm serious!!! So sad!!! I don't want my baby to grow up this fast:(

NOT tired!!

So both of my boys have been asleep since 915 and I'm literally trying to find things to do but I don't want to do anything and I've already cleaned the house(enough for the cleaners to come and finish the job). I went down stairs in my salon and was sweeping,for no reason at all and out of no where a HUGE 20 legged insect came full speed between my legs. For a second there I thought it came from my pants... But I came back to reality and it didn't!!! So I put my big girl pants on and destroyed it, maybe more then I needed too. But now all I want to do is clean my house even more. I'm not going to because like I said before, but it sure put the idea in my head!!! I also have this 1 lb 14oz give or take, little human in my body Trying to tell me something. He's such an active babe. I can't remember very well but I really think he might be more active then our lil king!! Yikes! Anyone who has had the pleasure to spend time with kingston knows that he is not your average 16 month old. He is honestly and truly the most active kid his age or even a little older that we've come in contact with. He has so much personality also it's so fun to watch. We take him to the gym and he starts lifting the weights, running on the treadmill, hanging from the bars, trying to push the sleds etc. It's endless what this kid will do. And he never stops... Until I make him, around 9 pm!!! And this kids smile is amazing, it makes all the crazy days worth it!!! Dave and I think about baby # 2 and people always say, well maybe this one will be more calm, but thinking about it we would never wish that upon king or our next one. King has so much life and you can see the adventure in his eye! He wants/ and will do it all. I wouldnt want him any other way! He's the most beautiful thing in the world!!!!

I can't wait to see what else is in store.....

Im laying in bed and reflecting on this last year, seeing as it's my birthday tomorrow, and I can't help but be thankful for where I am in life! I have a husband who I adore and love so much and I have this lil handsome who has totally changed and completed our lives. Feeling complete as it is, another baby will be joining our family in 3 months. I always hoped by 26 I would be where I am but the reality of it is a bit overwhelming. I'm thankful for my past that has brought me to where I am now and I'm excited for the future and what it holds. I'm thankful for my life and I'm especially thankful for the sexy men( yes Kingston is sexy) in my life. Growing up isn't so bad!!! Here's to another great year!!

At the Farm...

Last week we went on a family day date to the Thanksgiving Point petting zoo. King has a fun time. We fed the goats and King rode on the pony, twice and even went to jail. Its so fun seeing our little man grow up and get excited about this. Hes so into animals right now its crazy. All he wants to do is read books about animals. He see animals and starts to growl like a tiger,
Except when he sees a dog or a duck then he says "duh duh". When he rode the pony he started to roll his lips to sound like a horse. Honestly gives me the butterflies to see my lil handsome grow up. I'm so proud of this kid!

We just got back from our amazing first real vacation of a family of 3. We went to Orlando for a whole week. It was awesome!! We did so many fun things. We went to sea world, magic kingdom, animal kingdom, downtown Disney. We went swimming everyday, drove lots and lots of taxis, played a little golf and ate too much. I also went almost everyday wearing no makeup... Love it!!! So thankful to be able to get away and see the beautiful nation we live in. I'm also so thankful for all of daves hard work so we can get away and spoil ourselves a little!!!! It was a great trip. Definitely one to remember... Sorry I did a crappy job taking pictures. You can't really tell but we stayed at the jw marriott/ ritz Carlton... A-maz-ing!!! It's a total resort with a lazy river golf coarse and everything else you could want..... Totally recommend it!!!

I have an addiction and it is called reality tv. I thank MTV for this love for drama dirty pleasure. And now it's spread all over the tv world and I'm like a kid in a candy store. I love it all; teen mom, jersey shore, 16 and pregnant, real world, Khloe and lamar, keeping up with the kardashian, bad girls club, LOVE IT.... But never have I been into the bachelor/bachelorette.... Until NOW. I only gave it a chance because I've had a handful of friends/ clients that have talked about the infamous Bentley. Saturday night I couldnt sleep so pulled out my iPad and on my abc.com was episode 3. Holy moly!!!! My life has been changed! I haven't been able to stop talking about mr playboy...Playboy for some many reasons. Handsome? um, to say the least Player? Possibly, but good at it Yes!!!!!my mouth was wide opened the entire show besides the times I has to swallow of course. Sucks to be Ashley. I feel bad for the girl. She genuinely liked maybe even loved bentley but little did she know he wasn't even feeling close to what she was feeling. I feel sad for the hurt and the heartbreak she felt. I feel sorry for her that she was played soooo good by mr playboy and she had no clue until she watched it on national tv... Or did she... He's coming back next week and my guess is that he let her know he's not into her and never was... Move on sister!!! I can't help but just laugh because the fact that it is tv. however, mr bentley lives in Utah and I have friends that know him or his family... So that makes it a little more reality. I hope he feels bad for the things he said. Maybe he meant them and that's fine but the way about it.. Not cool. I know he's embarrassed and wish he never went on the show. But he has been getting threats to his work, and hate notes to his ex wife( like she has anything to do with it),loss of customers at his work, and crap talked about his family. OK people take it easy!!! Hate him all you want but leave him alone. I'm sure he feels dumb enough. I feel like I dated a guy just like him and maybe that's why I laugh but really bentley you are good!!! Glad it wasn't me but really, your good. The good thing is whoever he date won't hear what he really thinks bc there arent any cameras... Thank goodness. Anyways, hopefully I can move on from this and get back to my reality show of everayday life but I had to get it out there one last time and never talk about it again. As much as I feel her pain.... Like i said before, Bentley your good!!!!!! Glad it wasn't me!!!!:) ok now I can fall asleep watching mob wives:)... I need help

Just pretend it's April 11 again!!!

Today is such a special day for me. I not only did i married my very most so sexy best friend but I also was sealed to him for eternity. What we went through that day will never be forgotten.( partially because we have it all on film) we have made it a tradition to watch our wedding video on our anniversary and every time I watch it, at the very same times I get all chocked up inside. I look over Dave with a smile on my face only to see the exact same face on him, at the exact same time. It's beautiful to re live that amazing day. 2 years may seem small on the number scale but it's also 730 days and 17,520 hours. I am very proud of the last two years together. Im not going to get all mushy, mostly because Dave doesn't look at my blogs so I would be talking all cute to my husband so everyone but him can see. However, he's an amazing man that has grown so much in the last two years. I'm still In love and I still feel butter flies....... I love my pook

Besides the fact that I was a total die-hard soccer player. Scratch that..... Because I was a die-hard soccer player I didn't really have time to Mess around and have a ton of hobbies. I'm very grateful for my ability to play soccer, because I think it kept me out of trouble(for the most part) and my very best friend were on my team. So I wanted to have something that was just my thing. Some will collect pins, or ha ha actually I don't even know what you people did for fun. Soccer was my life so I don't know what people would do or collect. So as I've mentioned, soccer was my life and everyday after practice or the games I would take the tape off of my sock, which held my shin guards up and threw it away. What a waste of good valuable tape. So I decided to make a tape ball and put all that good tape to use. I think I started it in 8th grade. Boy has it grown. I remember rolling it over my dads toe, just image a bowling ball rolling on your toe... Yah!!! And putting it in my soccer bag and having it totally weig it down. Ha ha great memories with my tape ball... Anyways, I was home this weekend and found it:) I had to take a picture...

As soon as I downloaded these pictures I sat and stared at them in complete shock. And with tears in my eyes and butterflies in my stomach, I can't help but smile because YOUR SMILE MAKES ME SMILE!!! I am so in love with you. Everything about u. You are still so young and you amaze me with how smart and perfect you are. Tonight, you took 18 steps for your auntie kykee.. 18! Are you kidding me! You also figured out how to put paper in daddy's shredder. Sure scared u but u did it. This picture below is exactly how u feel at the gym. You love cruising in your jeep being around all the big kids. And everyone gives you attention so mommy is able to get her butt in shape... ( thank you for loving this place). You are able to get through the gates we put up so you couldn't get through, so much for that. You love the dishwasher, vacuum, broom, toilet, trash cans, cords, blinds, and pretty much everything I cook with, so all those wedding gifts were a bigger success then I realized. You go to bed at 8 and have been getting up at 6 and then a bottle and 5 minutes later your out until 8 am. It's beautiful!!! Your also taking two 2 hour naps, lately 2 1/2 hr naps. THANK YOU!

So pretty much what I'm trying to say is, dad and I couldn't be more thankful for u. You truly are our angel sent from heaven to remind us of the gospel and remind us to get on our
knees and thank heavenly father for bringing you to our family. And believe me king, there isn't a day that goes by that I don't thank heavenly father for u... At least twice.

I feel overwhelmed at this very moment, thinking of everything in my head that I'm thankful for. My heart is full and i feel blessed to share with the people i love my gratitude for them. I want to start by telling everyone that Thanksgiving is my most favorite holiday ever, because everyone seems to be just a little less selfish and a little more thoughtful. A little less mad and a little more calm. This holiday bring out the best in people and that's why i love it. For those of you that know MY FAMILY, we have a very special holiday tradition that has been going strong for YEARS. We enjoy a beautiful Thanksgiving dinner and then go bowling, and for the last couple of years we have dressed up in costumes and go bowling. Everyone stares while we laugh dance and take pictures. This year I get to spend OUR FIRST Thank giving with husbands family. I will be doing the cooking, 'some' of the cooking and making a new tradition with my NEW family... although i am with the husbands family, they have agreed to go bowling so i can keep both traditions going strong. (but we wont be dressing up) :) I'm grateful for the family I'm spending this day with. Both of Dave's brothers are amazing men and are wonderful to their wives. They have welcomed me with open arms from the moment i entered this family. My sister in-laws are amazing as well. We've connected so quick and i feel like they aren't in laws... just sisters. I'm grateful for my family in Colorado. I have the most amazing parents and siblings. I miss them every second I'm not with them. I love the people they are and the people they've become. I love the people they've married. My little family of 6 has grown to 12 with a new brother in law in February and a little niece in April. I cant wait until Christmas so I can fight and argue with them again:) I'm grateful for the opportunity to do what i love from my home. I'm very passionate about hair and I love helping women (and men) feel beautiful. Being able to be home and still get downstairs to play hair seems like the perfect combo, id say. I'm grateful for the gospel and my savior Jesus Christ. I have been shown the most powerful miracle this year by being able to grow a human in my stomach and deliver him perfectly. With no flaws on him. Those 9 months felt like a life time but looking back on that very short time, i know that i was given that opportunity because heavenly father granted me that chance. because of him ALL IS POSSIBLE. I am so thankful that my dad joining the church when he was 20 and taught that golf class, that my mom happened to be in. I'm so thankful for the silly personality she has that caught my dads eye. in thankful that my dad asked my mom to marry him in the temple, knowing they would have to wait 6 month. And I'm thankful that they demanded to raise us kids in the church. The feeling i get from the church is a feeling Ive never felt before. Its the most powerful feeling which proves to me that i belong to the true church. I'm grateful to be a "Mormon" and to have the desire to raise my children the way my parents did me. And LAST, I'm SOOOOOO incredibly grateful for my family of 3. My husband is my best friend and i love him so much. I love the person he is and the growth we have made together, I'm Thankful for the efforts he makes to bring home the bacon. He is the most amazing strength coach and i love how much he loves it. and mostly i love how wonderful of a dad is he. Its easy to be a father but it takes a lot to be a DAD. He totally is a dad. he is the best dad a child could ask for. He loves his son so much and i love him for that. I AM SOOO THANKFUL FOR KINGSTON. everything about him, everything he does. i love him so much. I believe wit all my heart that he is our angel that has come to earth to build and strengthen our family. He has brought so much joy in our lives and his smile is contagious. Looking at him and the innocence he has makes me want to be better. I couldn't have dreamed for a better son to join our family. He is the light of our lives and I'm so grateful that Kingston picked Dave and i to be his parents and to raise him. I feel complete and I'm thankful to be able to show my gratitude because none if this would be what it is with out the man up stairs and because of that i will praise him eternally.

My baby is 6 months and 15 days old and he crawling everywhere. He is also pulling himself onto the couch or crib or anything else he can get his hands on. He thinks he is so strong that when he pulls himself up he then let's go and falls. Ha that makes king so mad( he's a determined little guy.... Wonder where he get that) it's was like 2 weeks ago that he was army crawling and now he's crawling all over and standing himself up. We unfortunately are also hearing him cry a lot more, since he is falling and hitting his head on everything. We have pillows on every part of the wall and things covering the little holes so he won't crawl through but he still manages to find a way to get hurt. His favorites right now are, the door stopper so he's constantly flicking test thing so hr van hear the noise, every cord, our Christmas tree we just put-up, pulling my hair, and as we speak he is trying to eat my toes. This is the life huh.

How old is he???

This is true my baby is 6 months old. I can't even believe it at all. The time as already flew by and valuable time is passing as I blog about him. I am truly honored that heavenly father gave Dave and I the chance to parent this beautiful human. He has rocked our world and blessed our lives to the fullest degree. I wouldn't want it another way. He gives us one smile and we feel the warm and fuzzies, he gives us a giggles and our lives feel complete. God has sent an angel to our family to help us spiritually and keep our family whole. Kingston has taught us so much about ourselves and we are so lucky to have him. As I watch him try to crawl and watch his baby Einstein, I can imagine how I felt the day king joined our family and my heart swells up and teArs come to my eyes. For the last 6 months I have felt challenged in so many ways. how to get him to sleep through the night, figuring out his cries, deciding when it's time to switch to formula, calm his sadness, and finding the most ways to make him smile, help him learn to roll, and crawl and soon walk. I am thankful for this opportunity to be a mom and thankful for the helpful hands on dad by my side. We are so grateful for this smiling beautiful child that we get to call ours. We love u Kingston. Happy 6 months old.....

St George

I have this love/ hate relationship with St. George. It's a beautiful relaxing place to spend a couple of days but that's it. I went to Dixie and was on the college soccer team, it was a short and not so sweet experience. I am trying to rekindle the old flame that I know was once there. This past weekend we snuck away to hang out with some of dave's family. We went shopping, a little swimming, a little sun, the guys played golf, and a lot of chillin.( and of course a lot of football) I loved this weekend and I love the company. I think my hate towards St. George is fading. Enjoy the photos!!

Saturday we took kingston to the hogle zoo for the first time. I think it was more of a treat for the hub and I. It was a bit chilly, which actually worked out for our benefit. There was no traffic and all the animals were out. We think that Kingston was in shock the whole time because he hardly moved a muscle. There was an elephant show going on that was actually pretty cool. The mama phant;) played the harmonica and they feed them the same bread I eat. It made me quite proud. We also got a great view of the giraffes as u can see. The closest thing to a reaction was when we saw the gorillas. He leaned against the bars in amazement and just watched his/ her every move. We had a great time and love showing our little king the world. I know he's soaking everything in and can't wait to see more.

Dave loves his boy so much, and Kingston loves every second spent together. Dave takes him on walks everyday and finds new ways to make him smile. Kingston stares at daddy with a huge grin on his face hoping Dave will notice so he can stand up real tall or wiggle around the ground or even bounce in his bouncer really fast, all hoping to make his dad proud of him. I am so lucky that my 2 boys have the bond that they do.

On the 9th of September I turned 25! That's like a quarter century old, and I feel pretty good about it;) 25 with a husband and a baby, life is good. My husband and Kingston spoiled me. Kingston offered to go to grandma nianne's so Dave and I could spend some time celebrating...(don't be gross, we went to ruth's Chris steak house.) Which is totally our favorite spot. Dave also surprised me by inviting 2 of my favorite people to join us. Pretty much, I had a great birthday and I'm a welcoming 25 with a smile on my face:)

This past weekend I had the opportunity to go to " my best friends wedding". Literally! I was the maid of honor and so grateful for that chance to share that time with her. My gf mind Lou( the brides maid) and I threw her a bachelorette party (pics to come later) and then helped her friend a with her shower. And then flew out on Thursday, to Philly, then drove to Delaware where we met up with the bride and groom. Not to mention i left my baby kingston with gigi and papa for 4 days. Friday was their luncheon then we got on the road and drove to dc. But not with out stopping at Delaware's hot spot WAWAs... Pretty much a gas station with no gas. ... Dc was 2 hrs away from Delaware, so it was a fun road trip. As were driving on the freeway out of nowhere the dc temple pops out and it was the most beautiful sight. Quote from Jen" if I wasn't Lds seeing this would make me want to be". So we hung out in the hotel and next morning min and I got Annie all dolled for her day, and Jen snapped her shots. We were so late to the temple that I almost missed her wedding. It started at 10 and we were supposed to be there at 9:30 ... We got there at 10:10 and I literally was running through the temple so I would make it:) I did!!!!! pHEW... The sealing was amazing. We finished pictures and then We're back on the road to head to Delaware for the reception. The reception was at Kevin's parents house and it was so beautiful. There was so much love their that night, and although min and I were just soooooo sleep deprived we could help but love and enjoy every second of this weekend.... We are in the process on catching up on sleep now;) the wedding was awesome and for my first time of the east coast I would say it was beautiful! We embraced the humidity and tried water-ice(it's like Italian ice) all in all, it was AMAZING! Congratulations to annie and kevin slaugh

On august 1st, kingston had the opportunity to get a fathers blessing from Dave. It was the coolest experience thus far that to see such a special thing. Dave was a little anxious and secretly a little scared but he walked into the circle with lots of faith that he would be inspired to see what he needed to for Kingston. It was such a beautiful blessing;) Kingston blessing was centered around strength. Strength in his mind, in his bones, in his heart, and his muscles(of course):) after the blessing was done I asked Dave if he felt the spirit and he said" I felt something:)"he said from the second he stepped in the circle he knew the spirit was there for him. Such a great ways for Dave and kingston for share a special bond! For saves first blessing, I would have to say I can't wait for the next one:) I love my family

Today our little kingey is 12 weeks and might i add that he is that happiest baby there is:) he smiles all the time. Even when go in to get him up he wines a little to get our attention, and then as soon as i make eye-contact he smiles smiles smiles:) i love to see this boy smile!!! There have been a few times that im trying to have a serious conversation(on the phone) and kingston is just smiling awat at me!!! makes it hard to have a serious anything. He really is our sngel on heart guiding our family!!! such a blessing

HAPPY FATHERS DAY TO THE 2 MOST AMAZING MEN IN MY LIFE...

I feel so blessed to have this man as my Father. He has been the best example of what a father should be!!! I can remember all the funny things we would do together... like in the summer we would be wearing shorts and try and slap the inside of our leg as hard as we could, dont know why but always got the biggest kick out of that.... also, all the funny things he says like, "are u flippin me off" and when i heard him in the shower singing " u can find me in the club, its going down"! haha all these things make me laugh so much! If u dont know my dad then u honestly are missing out on a person who seems to leave footprints in ppls lives!!! i dont think this man knows how much he has affected peoples lives!! I love u papabear

and my amazing husband who is celebrating his FIRST fathers day:) He didnt grow up with the example i did for a amazing father but has taken his life experiences and has become the best dad a child could ask for! He loves coming home and waking Kingston up(when it took me forever to get him to bed) so he can see him and give him kisses! He always talks about playing catch with our kids. Hes already getting ready, he went and bought a little buggy for the back of our bikes for Kingston to ride in.... unfortunately Kingston is to sold on the idea yet!! might be a little young right now. anyways, im a lucky girl to have the dad and husband i do!!! love u both

If any of u know me I love taking pictures and getting pictures done. I could hardly wait for our little Kingston to be born so we could get our family pictures and Kingston's newborn pic taken. Well we get there and little Kingston wouldn't fall asleep, now of course he was asleep the whole ride up there but the second we got there his beautiful eyes opened and stayed open. We tried to put him down to get the cute pictures where hes naked on his belly but he wouldn't have anything to do with it, besides the face daddy thought we were being mean to his son for making him be cold and naked. so, we decided to take some family pics. Dave hates pictures so by that time he had decided he wouldn't be in any of them. Luckily he changed his mind and we were able to get 3 good shots. We then tried to do some shots of him naked on his belly again and it wasn't a success and Dave was getting a little upset that we just called it a day. these are the 3 pictures i got of the little stinker(s).

We did do a round 2 of his newborn pics and daddy wasn't invited. However, the story isn't much different. We were there for 3 hours and got 2 different poses!!!! I will post them as soon as i get them but sad mom didn't get the one she wanted:( no baby with his crown... ill have to do that another time. Good thing his name is Kingston forever

well the rumor is true our son is here. He made the final decision about 11:30 on Saturday. I was at work waiting for my next client to come. Just sitting in the break room talking with some of the girls with i started to get this pounding headache next think i felt this pop a then a contraction that came on strong. i got up to go to the bathroom and felt a little leakage... took another step and a big gush came out and i knew i didnt pee my pants:) I told my girlfriend to call my husband and that my water broke and she said " are u sure u didnt just pee ur pants? oh ya I i knew"... long story short we got to the hospital at 12 got checked and was dilated 1cm at about 1:30. then it became a 2 at 2:30 then at 440 i was a 8 and 5 30 i was a 10!!! SCARY its baby time... My doc has me sit and rest which is called rest and descend for up to an hour but i was so low and feeling so much pressure(even though i had a epidural) that i only rested for 40 minutes.... the doc came in and i started pushing... i pushed for about 15 or so minutes and Kingston just wasnt coming out... my doc said i am just to tight and small and would need to be cut... so unfortunately I did, however within 2 more pushes my little man was here... he came out with a strong set of lungs:) He weighed 6lbs 7 oz and 20 inches long.... i was almost all baby!!!(i knew it) he was born at 6:24 and the most beautiful thing we have ever seen... He is a spitting image of Dave with one dimple like me:) we are so in love and feel incredibly blessed!!! We have an angel in our home and currently in my arms!! here are some pics of our special day

Since I never get ready(because my clothes don't fit) I decided to take my 38 week picture a day early because I actually had clothes on... OH and they were my clothes not my husbands:) Look at baby Kingston and how big he is getting! At my doctors appointment they told me that i have lost 1 1/2 lbs, but not to worry its normal for smaller girls towards the end... I'm still debating on if I'm going to tell Dave that. Hes so worried about having a small baby!!! Its a guy thing. They also said My stomach is really tight (i guess which is good) and that Kingston isn't quite 6lbs yet. Yah right on that one!!! I mean not that I don't think they know but this baby he taking up every inch of my belly and my hubby is a big boy... I just cant wait know whats going to happen and when it will happen for that matter. Ill keep you updated.. who knows maybe the next post will be pictures of our precious baby boy

**Lets start with a side note.... please don't mind my Beautiful smiling face!!!!!

So I made it to the 37 weeks mark and to be honest I was welcomed with bad news.(I'm dramatic) I'm now going to weekly appointments and had my strep culture. As far as that everything is golden( or at least I haven't gotten a call yet so I'm imaging its OK). However, after that we started talking about my delivery and when I'm due. Well, my due date started out at may 14th then went to the 12th so at the appointment he said to leave it back at the May 14th BUT, he doesn't think i will deliver till the 18th or 19th but will let me stay pregnant till the 24th BECAUSE THEY DON'T INDUCE ON FRIDAYS!!!!!! Not exactly what i wanted to hear!!!! He also shot down my idea that full time hair stylist deliver early. :( so now i think I'm going to be pregnant for ever and Kingston is going to be the first human to grow up inside of me!!!! and I'm going to stretch out and be squished FOREVER!!!!! The one good thing about my doctors appointment was that he told me my baby is in position and has dropped a little that if I happened to deliver he would be OK and ready:) . I don't think I'm quite ready to be honest. I think Dave and I need another week or two but if I go over, THINGS WILL NOT BE OK ANYMORE.

Im officially "nesting"

Yep its true I have been nesting... This week I started washing all and I mean ALL of Kingston's clothes and towels and blankets etc... I also bought some cute little baskets to organize all his little misc items that I have no place to put. It was fun organizing and feeling like I'm getting close to the end. Today we got the travel system from my parents and its so Perfect. We are going to put the car seat in the car and set it all up JUST IN CASE! I told myself that when I turned 36 weeks that I would put together my hospital bag and now that I'm here I think I'm still a little early so Sunday I'm going to do it:) that sounds better to me. However I got Kingston's diaper bag all ready to take to the hospital. Oh,, By the way I LOVE MY DIAPER BAG. My husband went above and beyond and got me a Really nice one from Nordstrums. I'm going to be a stylish mama with my cool bag and cutest little stud.

side note... I hope I keep this nesting thing up after kingston is here.. I have some ideas for MY ROOM

now on to to reality... Pregnancy is rough, or at least its starting to get that way!!! Last night I i slept sooo bad I couldn't believe it. I was so crampy and achy AND SQUISHED! It was not fun and I'm really hoping that its not how the last 4 weeks are going to be. Hopefully it was just a bad night. And today was rough as well! For some reason I only have tough days on my day off.. why cant it be when I'm supposed to be working so I'm not wasting valuable time with my husband(if your my client its nothing personal, I love my job) anyways, my belly is GROWWWING at a rapid pace and I almost to the point where I am about to say... I'M DONE-but I'm not there yet....GETTING THERE, maybe by my next post, hopefully not but MAYBE!!!!!

35 weeks and Easter

I cant believe I only have 5 weeks left till our precious babies here..... HE BETTER BE HERE!!! I'm a little late updating because this has been quite the week. On Wednesday, which is when i usually update, Dave went in for surgery... we didn't know when the surgery was set for. Weird i know but we pretty much were on call! So since Dave couldn't eat all day we had to keep his mind busy so he wouldn't think about food. We ended up going into the hospital at 5pm and didn't get surgery till 10pm!!! Pretty much we had a lot of time on our hands. We took the picture in the room:) waiting for it to be our turn. Anyways, after a long wait at the hospital he had a great surgery (on his shoulder) and only needed to be scoped. He now has 6 weeks in a sling and then 6 weeks of rehab... Were hoping that by July he will be able to play golf and enjoy some of the summer. But hes doing great I'm so proud of him:) date night(thought i would throw that out there)

So this is on Easter Dave woke up and painted this shelf for baby Kingston's room and wanted to get it up and ready before his surgery... I was very thankful! Easter was so great for us... Kinda our first Easter married because last year on Easter we were on our honeymoon. So I stressed about starting our traditions. I cant be having my husband go to work and hearing all the fun things his clients wives did and have nothing to brag about... so this year I started small but I did something and each year will get a little better! Dave woke up to a Easter basket with all his favorite treats and then he made us waffles with strawberries and whipped cream and then for dinner I made(wink wink) a honey baked ham with green bean casserole, cheesy potatoes, and rolls!!! It was a great dinner... Dave's dad and brother came over to enjoy my home made meal:) Easter was a success.... oh ya except the 3 hours of contractions I had! don't worry NO BABY YET... but it made us realize things are close. I went to the doctors and no weight gain this check up:) baby is getting bigger, blood pressure and the heart beat are perfect!!!

My baby shower in Utah was so awesome... i cant believe how many friends/family I have and came to support Dave and I. Its always fun to get family together but its even more fun when its for me:) and Kingston too... My sister-in-law threw this whole thing together and I would have to say it was a success. EMBRACE THE ADVENTURE

Last week I found myself frustrated and complaining a lot over this growing belly... not because I'm not excited, but because my comfort level has dropped even more and the "feeling of being cute" has definitely dropped. I started feeling back cramping so overall I haven't been a happy camper. I EVEN caught myself telling my husband (during one of my moments) "babe, I'm going to need u to be patient with me for the next 8 weeks because i have a feeling this is going to happen again" ha ha I'm such a baby!!! Dave has been so good with me and my MANY emotions. On Sunday i decided that starting tomorrow (Monday) I was just going to embrace this whole experience because i know its just going to get harder. So, since Monday things have been great, this whole EMBRACING thing really does work:) It takes a lot more work to be upset and frustrated than to just smile and enjoy this amazing experience. I mean a human is growing inside of my belly, that is coming into this world in less then 2 months. A human that is half of me and half of my husband. So awesome!!! We were able to take maternity pictures this week, which will be awesome memories. I was struggling to find something to wear, ya know since i wasn't feeling very cute, but luckily I started embracing before the pictures were taken so i was able to enjoy this adventure. I cant wait to get them back so i can post some! We took so many pictures yesterday that I couldn't come home and take another one so as soon as i get them i will be showing you my 33 week picture of my Growing belly.
My cute mom is coming to town this week for my Utah baby shower, that my sister in law is throwing for me:) i cant wait for tomorrow i love getting together with my friends and of course GETTING PRESENTS for my little guy. Only 7 more weeks till we get to meet him! I hope he is as excited to meet me as i am to meet him!!!

This past weekend i went to colorado to enjoy my first baby shower that my sister and mom threw. It was so fun to see all my cute friends i grew up with and enjoy all the cute stuff everyone got for baby kingston. I feel like i got so much stuff that I dont know what else i need but from what i hear.. i need so much more!!!! I have been feeling very uneasy lately, not quite sure what I'm feeling maybe its nerves or maybe i am just antsy for the future... so many fun things coming our way and i feel like its taking forever to get here!!! what is it going to be like! All this free time i have is honestly driving me crazy. Poor Dave gets home from the gym,working all day and I'm like OK where we going, what are we doing... He just wants to relax and sit down for a minute and I'm frustrated because i feel like i need to be doing something!!! I need to just enjoy this time where i can sit and "surf the web", or talk on the phone, or even run to the grocery store without having to bring anyone along! I cant help it i want to have a tag along. i want my little buddy here to make it hard for me to do anything(hahaha i say this now). For those who know me, I'm not one to just be OK with sitting around ADD YOU COULD SAY so i think i will do well with this bun in the oven who is going to rock my world!!! He will give me something to do so i don't have to bug my husband and ill want to just relax when Dave does:) So I'm just BLABBING because if u haven't noticed I'm in one of those moods where i wish i was somewhere(but my husband is sleeping) so let me change the subject to something interesting...

In church today they talked about our spiritual gifts that have helped others or that other have that have helped us. I loved this because its usually something small that you wouldn't think of as a talent or gift. My husband has a great gift. He connects so well with kids and athletes that he they look up to him and believe in him... My husband has had so may experiences in his life that he can talk to all types of kids and what they're dealing with in they're live, And i think that is such a wonderful thing. Dave is a strength coach and helps athletes become better athletes. He helps them become faster, stronger, and more explosive, which are the obvious but Ive noticed that he also helps kids be better kids. Dave is that guy, when the teenage kids wont listen to the parents HE SHOULD BE CALLED!!! He has a special heart and the way these kids look at him is so incredible! I cant wait to see how he will be with our son and kids! I'm a lucky girl

26 WEEKS OUR CRIB IS HERE!!!(however our matress and bedding isnt all here)
we also got our changing table and like always its quite the adventure putting them together!! I am proud to say that with the crib i didnt hear one swear word:) but just with the crib!!! Also there is that picture of a kings crown which was our first item that we bought for Kingstons room and are now going with a Crown theme... so along with our cute solid brown blue and white bedding we will be accenting with kings crowns!! cant wait for everything to come and 12 i mean 14 weeks till our newest member is here!!!

i think there isnt muvh improvement from last week!!! but I did notice as i was doing abs that i think they are seperating!!! scary

This past week, we were able to go to Nianne wedding reception(daves mom). They had a country theme and it was pretty sweet!! Dave made time to dance with me and his bride of a mom and it was just a good time. Nianne looked so inlove!!!

25 weeks!
So this week we had another great doctors appointment. My blood pressure is normal and I'm staying healthy! Also, i was able to hear the heart beat again which i love LOVE to hear she said Kingston heart beat was at 154. I also was giving that sugar drink for the glucose screening test i have to do. All i ever hear about is the orange soda looking one but at my doctors office they ALSO had a fruit punch drink so I'm hoping i have better luck with fruit punch:) I can go anytime for the next 3 weeks so i think i will do it next Tuesday when i don't have anything else to do... just in case its a problem. The other day we bought our baby bedding and crib which I'm so excited about. Its just simple and easy to accent with! Our plan is to have the bedding which is white, brown, and baby blue and then accent it with king crown accessories:) Being pregnant is so fun Right now. I'm actually feel pregnant and my girl friend just bought me maternity true religion jeans (which was WAY MORE THEN SHE SHOULD HAVE) and even though i still fit in MY jeans i cant wait to wear them cuz they are so cute:) Kingston has been kicking so much at night its crazy, i love to put my headphones and classical music on my belly and he just starts dancing and playing the drums on my belly. Its so cool to see my belly just jump all over the place! anyways, things are so good right now and i hope i can always enjoy this experience... even though, i still feel squished

Yesterday we hit our big week 24 which MEANS only 14 weeks to go(remember I'm delivering at 38 weeks:))
hopefully you are impressed with how my belly is growing... i sure am:) even though i have been cooking ever night i still seem to get bigger and BIGGER!!! which I'm totally OK with:) Dave says the last 2 night Ive had too much sugar so, starting today i am back to sugar free until KINGSTON comes to play...(i have to stay healthy for him) oh and hes kicking all over the place... I LOVE IT

Like I promised I have more belly pictures to show since I am a whole week bigger and really A WHOLE WEEK BIGGER!!!! Kingston is kicking soo much and I LOVE IT!!!! Today my sister-in-law Heather and I went to BABIES-R-US and registered it was fun and im go glad she came with me because I would have had no clue of what to do or what I needed! So now I just have to get these showers rollin' and then MR. Kingston is welcome!!!! Oh and I apologise for lack of effort with the post it notes with the date, since our move i have misplaced then and dont really think of getting more when im at the store!!! Next week will be better:)
On another note my mom had her 4th surgery yesterday and we are hoping that this is the final surgery!!! All her medal was put back in and she is feeling pretty good. I love her so much and she is been such a ROCK during this whole disaster, I will keep u posted on her progression and Recovery

Freezing in FLORIDA

For christmas this year Dave and I decided to not spend the money buying eachother gifts and we would just save the money and go on a trip to SUNNY FLORIDA, as our last getaway before our little man comes! Well we made it to Florida but the sun didnt join us! It was 35 Degrees in Orlando Florida, but that didnt stop us from going to Epcot and we loved it!!! We kept talking about how fun it will be when Kingston can join us:) Because of the weather and most of our activities were outdoors, we spent a lot of time in the hotel (when dave wasnt at his training conference, which is how we got the idea to go) and hanging out!!!! Still fun but SOOOOOOOOO SOOOO COLD!! oh and as i promised my 22 WEEK pic! TOMORROW IS 23!!!

Unfortunatly I will not be posting a picture this week because although I am officially 22 weeks today I am too tired to take a picture and download it tonight, SO to my sisters who are the only ones that care IM SORRY!!!! However I will take one tomorrow, we are leaving for florida till next week. But let me update you a little! We are all moved into our house and I love it!! We also bought new bedding WHICH I ALSO LOVE!!! Everynight before bed I read The secrets of the baby wisperer and put headphones to my belly so kingston can enjoy some classicial music:) Dave has been so great always talking to our little man through my belly and downloading music for him to hear! ( kingston that is) Last night, Kingston listened to the music for about 40 minutes and when I turned it off he started kicking and being VERY active!!! so Dave was able to feel kicks for the first time and he was able to get a small idea of what I feel everyday! And last yes my belly is getting bigger and u will notice by my next picture!!!

Christmas Vacation

So much has gone on since my last post! We went to colorado to spend christmas with my family which was so fun and painful at the same time!!! Both my nephews have grown up so much and they are getting so cute! im so lucky to have them:) We did a lot of fun activities like... shopping of course, family dinner, nuggets game(which dave was able to see one of his good friends who now coaches for the nuggets) ice skating, zoo lights, of yes and of course another successful chirstmas! my family all took turnes passing along the 24 hour flu, which i happened to get it on christmas eve and day and Dave got it on the way back to utah!!!! BOO to that! but that didnt stop us from enjoying ourselves! My favorite gift was our Prayer Js. My mom gave our whole family these pjs that whenever someone in our family is struggling and we need a family prayer or fast we all wear these jammmies and will be able to bee close, although we are so far away! THE FAMILY THAT PRAYS TOGETHER STAYS TOGETHER!! We even got a pair for kingston:) oh and im now 21 and a half weeks and currently feeling the most realistic kicks EVER!!! I am loving this amazing experience! We had our 20 week appointment this last week where we check the heart and brain and all the fingers and toes, everything is there and PERFECT! Our doctor told us that Kingston is 14-15 oz and that she thinks we will deliver closer to May 12th (2 days earlier). Also, this week we moved into a newer nicer house that im totally obsessed with! Its more US and now I can start planning and creating Kingstons room!!! I am having a hard time with all the baby bedding and crib stuff... any ideas let me know!!! Untill next time HAPPY NEW YEAR

HALF WAY... for me

Some of you might be confused about why when I'm only 19 WEEKS am I saying I'm half way... well let me tell u why, Being a hair stylist like I am, having to be on there feet all day long,Besides the fact that they have to keep there energy high and going strong that most (all stylist I know) havent made it full term while being pregnant! so half way for me would make it so we have Our Kingston at 38 weeks!!! I am not going to complain with that or even TRY TO FIGHT IT... JUST ACCEPT IT:) So last week at the doctors they told me I gained 1 lb, im pretty sure I gained another this week... If u cant tell by the picture!!!! So to celebrate our half way point we went to REMEDEZ HAIR SPA and got 90 min couples massages and pedicures!!! it was truly heaven!!! Thanks to me winning the spa package we got it all free as well!!!! Dave has told me that hes really starting to get excited and it just makes me eVeN more excited for our little guy to get here!!!! Truly a blessing!!!

We went to the doctors today as a secret today because we wanted to surprise everyone today!!! As we got there i asked the tech to not tell us right away to wait to see if we could figure it out ourselves!! My husband said "what do u think ur some ultrasound tech now" and I said i just want to Guess... so she looked for a good picture and all of a sudden Dave yells "Theres his weiner! BOY!!!" she said yes and I smiled and said WHAT ARE U JOKING ME" I was so sure!!! SO SURE it was a girl!!! don't get me wrong I couldn't be more excited! I grew up always wanting a boy first and I know that our little Kingston will be such a good big brother!!! But for the time being hes my one and only... and has already changed my life in so many ways. Dave said it was the first time its been so real and he really got excited.. we saw him kick and move all over the place. Hes going to have lots of energy like his mom and ADD like his dad.... and mom:) we cant wait to meet u Kingston WE ARE ALREADY SO IN LOVE

I am starting to feel really restless and getting really excited for our baby to come, only one problem... WE STILL HAVE LIKE 161 DAYS LEFT and we don't even know what we are having yet. Yah that's like FOREVER!!! I'm pretty sure in the month like 6 ppl I know have had there babies and my belly is barley even showing... Things are starting to pick up don't get me wrong but I just am so excited and anxious to meet our precious babes!!! I try to not look at baby bedding or maternity clothes because it makes my heart race and reminds me how long we really have.. soooo I need to know some activities and things to do to make the time go by faster. I would love to set the room up and get it all ready but we are going to move before our baby comes so anything that involves baby room shopping or anything like that I have to ignore until we move. Our house is too small for one more thing in this house!!! I have "what to expect when Ur expecting" but I'm not trying to read too far ahead, SO I NeeD SOMe HeLP I'm going CrAzY!!! I just want to snuggle with my baby!!!!!! AHHHh

Ugly Sweaters and 17 Weeks

17 weeks-
This week has been pretty exciting... I think I'm starting to notice a change, my belly is getting a little bigger and I am pretty sure I have felt our darling baby move! Its still small are a little unsure but from the way its been described as "flutters" I didn't really understand UNTIL my mom said it felt to her as a "wave" in your stomach and Since then I have have about 3 different incidences where I think my baby is trying to say HELLO!!! So from what the books say this week our babes is the size of a Turnip-about 4 inches wide and over 5 inches long:) things are moving along! and in 3 week we will know if our precious babes is into football and baseball or gymnastic and soccer(of course)

We had a ugly sweater contest at my work and I thought mine was pretty bad but my lovely husband has let me know that it was "cute" and he would have bought me it!!! (thank goodness that didnt happen) Daves was so funny he went all out and his red vest said "let it snow" he even wore my pink scarf and nice brown dress shoes with white socks and he rolled up his pants sleeves!!! Although he didnt win he won in my mind. I love him-ha ha he fits in my life so perfectly

Dear Santa,

I come to u today because I have just realized that it is December 1st and I haven't made my Christmas list. This year has Flown by so fast, and so many great things have happened to me. Since last Christmas, Ive got engaged and married to my best friend in the world. He proposed on new years eve in Park City, we had a 4 month engagement and then got married on April 11 in the Salt Lake Temple. The next morning we went to CABO SAN LUCAS for 5 days to relax and enjoy the start to our married life... Since we have been married we have gone to Colorado 3 times, Cleavland, California, and Vegas! Any thing I could have asked for in a husband I now have with Dave! He has been my road dog, best friend, companion, lover, and true treasure! About 3 months ago we found out that we will be expecting our first child in May! This year has truly been the best year of my life!!! I have always wanted to be married and a mother and early next year I will be both!!! I think of everything possibly thing I could want for Christmas, but I think that since my year has truly been filled with nothing but PURE joy and happiness I could only ask for a little of your help with a few special people in my life! I know that you are better at clothes and toys but if You know who to talk to for these hard times please give them this list!!!

1. I want my aunt and uncle to work out there marriage and become happy again

2. I want my brother his girlfriend to get married so they can be a REAL family for Mason

3. I want my best friend to find true happiness and know how special she is and to not hurt anymore.

4.I want my moms hip to be healed and so she can recover and get back to her NORMAL self.

5. I want anyone I know who spent Christmas last year alone wont have to this year...

6. And last, I want a healthy happy baby that I can love with, play with, talk with, cry with, grow with, and laugh with as long as I am on this earth!!!!

Happy Thanksgiving with my wonderful family.... Our family has a pretty silly tradition for thanksgiving! It starts with a GOTT FAMILY REUNION IN COLORADO(however half of the gotts were unable to make it this year) we have an awesome thanksgiving feast and then we dress up in my moms costumes and go bowling... the theme this year was DISNEY!!!! We had a great time dressing up and dancing around and bowling our "NOT SO BEST GAMES"... I remember growing up our family was split in two because my sister and I would be going to different places for our soccer tournaments, so we didnt get to do anything special...so i have grown to love Thanksgiving so much its probably my favorite holiday!! I remember everything I happen to forget that im so thankful for!!!! I truly am blessed for my life, my husband, and family! While i was in Colorado I was able to see my two beautiful nephews that honestly melt my heart! Mason is talking up a storm and let me know he wants a BLUE present from Santa and porter doesnt just hug he squeezes me!!! I love those two and I cant wait to have a cousin for them to play with:) I had a great week.. It gets me excited for the rest of the holidays...

I also started my week 16 in the 40 week process... and its starting to pick up the pace and I think my belly is SLOOWWLLYYYYYY growing... but I think I should be grateful for that:) Our baby is the size of a avocado and officially we could find out what we are having!!!!(even though we know what SHE is:) we think hahahha

First of all I have to inform u that all day yesterday I was freaking out thinking something was wrong cuz I still havent gained any weight and that my belly isnt looking any different!!! Who knows why that was bothering me because everyday previous to yesterday I have been loving it... but I felt like I needed to eat something NOT healthy to help out the problem so I went to chick-fil-a! :) so OF COURSE there had to be a dream to come with it. I always hear about the crazy dreams women have when they are prego but I have not (UNTIL NOW) experienced it. I had 2 very clear dreams last night so ill start with the first one... short and sweet, I dreamed I couldnt stop eating fast food and the next thing I knew my belly was HUGE not just huge but MASSIVE... I woke right up and had to go check it out in the mirror! ha ha SECOND DREAM- I dreamed that we gave birth to a 8 lbs baby girl who had long blond hair with curled bangs WeLL the next thing I knew, a day later... she was 7 years old and driving Dave and I crazy, knocking everything over talking away (who knows who talk her to talk or walk cuz she was born a day ago).. well Dave and I couldnt stand her, we wanted NOtHING to do with her so we just left her somewhere one day!!! oh and by the way, I HATED HER BANGS!!! ok back to reality, I am such a mean parent! why would I ever leave my daughter cuz I couldnt stand her? ok but how the HECK did she grow up so fast... anyways, those are my dreams. I thought I would come share them before I start my day!

An APple a Day....

If ur wondering why I have a delicious apple in my hand its because our baby is the size of an apple this week:) (another great idea I was given only this time it was from my cute dad)... i am 15 weeks and sicker then a dog.. i dont really understand that statement "sicker than a dog" but it works. Only my sickness has nothing to do with pregnancy EXCEPT it sure is making it hard to smash it!!! My sleep has gone from half the night to almost NONE OF THE NIGHT... and ive been keeping my poor hubby up so half way through the night I end up on the couch!!! I cant wait to get over this, so hopefully last night was the last bad night and things will start LOOKING UP!!!!! I dont think i have changed too much from last week MANDA WHAT DO U THINK? Anyways, we are excited to FINALLY be at our 15 week mark even though we still have 25 more ,we feel like its starting to moooooooooooove right along, and with all the holidays coming up hopefully 5 weeks will fly by and we will be calling our baby by HIS or HER name!!! Cute story- My sister has been watching our 2 year old nephew a lot latey, who is talking up a storm.. anyways, my sister told him "mason do u know Carrie has a baby im her belly?" and he said "yes" and she said " is it going to be a boy or girl?" and without NO DELAY he says "A GIRL"!!! thats my little man:) well I cant help but believe him because since he is only 2 he is pretty much the closest to heaven so.. I think we are having a girl!!! so exciting!!!!! Either way we cant wait and look forward to the future!!! Oh yes the last pic of dave and I is what we like to call our "SEXY DATES" ha ha nothing scandalous just what we call them.. thought we could capture the moment!!!

*A friend of ours gave us this great idea, everytime we go to the grocery store to buy a bag of DIAPERS... which will save us trouble and money when it gets close to delivery time! HOWEVER, we go to the grocery store like once or twice a week, so we already have 5 (1's) and a big costco box of (2's).... We have no idea how many to buy and what a good brand even is.... I would love some motherly advice!!!! IM A BEGINNER*

Its official I am without any abs!!! Ahh they are gone... and I realized that TODAY when Dave took my pictures!!! But its ok because we are having a BABY:) So I had this cute idea, excuse me, I was TOLD THIS CUTE IDEA to put how many weeks I am on a post-it note and put it on my belly so when im done I can look back and know how many week I was!! So today was my trial...they might improve as the weeks go on and if I get a little more creative... anyways, I started my 2nd trimester today happy and sick in bed (how those two go together I have no idea) but im excited for all the weeks to come.. and im getting excited... NO I AM excited about my belly getting bigger because THERE IS A BABY IN MY BELLY!!!!!

Weekend with Porter and Manda!!!
I had a fun weekend getting to spend some quality with PO PO!! He is so sweet... and he did so well while mama campbell was gone... he found a friend if u can see BELOW and i named him pet NIKE( which is actually daves shoe:) what a little stinker!!! I love my sister and her new additions... cant wait for more!!!

Here is my 13 week picture update for u all... and if i can be picky for a minute, i dont love this picture cuz im sticking my BUM BUM out so it makes me look bigger:) haha but i went to the doctor today and I actually havent gained A pound:) i feel good about that!!! I also found out that I turn 14 weeks and Begin my 2ND TRIMESTER tomorrow so i will be updating sooner then u know it, so stay toon...

So my dang camera isnt working so I cant show u my BARLY showing belly, and my exciting weekend with my nephew PoPo... so as soon as I figure it out I will put my pictures up... But I got to spend the evening with Porter while my sister went to the So You Think You Can Dance tour, we had a lot of fun together! Porter has been in Kansas City and I obviously have been in Utah and havent been able to spend as much time with him as I wish I could, so I was more than grateful to spend the weekend with him!! AND OF COURSE MY BIG SIS MANDA!! Porter is such a mamas boy it will be fun to have a baby who clings to dave and I and calls our name like Porter does to my sis!! anyways, it was a good week and thank goodness its the LAST WEEK OF my FIRST TRIMESTER:)

Happy Halloween!!! halloween has always been such a crazy time for my family that we never really got to enjoy the PREPERATION for halloween like... carving pumpkins, so this year i was able to carve a pumpkin for the first time in YEARS!!! Dave did a better job then i did but im proud of my carving skills... im not telling who did whose, u can guess:) So today i had to work all day so my babe came in to take some pics and give me a kissy:) I was the sassy cop SARGENT SEXY and Dave was the naughty inmate( which he named himself) BEN DOVER!!! hes so cute:) if u can see he even has a tear drop tattoo by his eye for a thug he killed:) hes so hard core!!!! Over all halloween was really fun and we didnt even go to any parties, we are our own party!!!

12 weeks

So yah i did take this picture myself but it was needed to me done today and so... a girls got to do... u know the rest:) So i have been feeling better lately and its been pretty nice. I have noticed that my belly is getting a little bigger, NOT HUGE but besides the fact that its softer then it used to be, now all my abs are slowly fading:) still i dont really show with clothes on when i lift my shirt at the end of the night.... things are changing!!! Our baby is the size of a LIME this week and i love it.. i feel like a lime is HUGE, what about when its 40 weeks and im a pumpkin... ahhhh!! ok ok one week at a time

*8 weeks till we get to see what we are having!!!!! hopefully things will pick up fast!

10 weeks

10 and a half weeks today and although it really doesnt look im changing at all i sure feel like it!!! Just starting this week one day i will feel totally skinny and the next i start feeling a little plump:) Im going to colorado this weekend and im excited to see my family and for them to see my NOT GROWING belly:) dont worry im not in a hurry for it to EXPAND:) And my wonderful friend Mindi got me my first baby gifts, a cute white blanket and diapers and wipes:) man i never knew i could be so excited about diapers!!! Dave talked to my belly today also it was so cute... he just leaned over and told it he loved it and kissed my belly:) Oh im so inlove!!!!!!
